Refund policy
Style shouldn't come with stress. We offer a 30-day return window from delivery – because fit and feel matter. EU customers: Your 14-day cooling-off right is always protected, no questions asked.
Eligibility
- Unworn, unwashed, tags/labels intact, original packaging.
- Proof of purchase required.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@trueself.fashion. We'll email a return label + instructions.
Damages and issues
Inspect on arrival – contact us ASAP with photos. We'll replace for free.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Gift cards, custom/personalized designs, undergarments, hygiene-sealed gear.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
