What does combed cotton mean?
Combed cotton is brushed before spinning so shorter, rough fibers are removed, resulting in a smoother, softer and more durable fabric.
What does ring-spun cotton mean?
Ring-spun cotton is twisted and thinned in a continuous process, which makes the yarn stronger, softer and more premium-feeling than standard cotton.
Our cotton comes from Bangladesh, Pakistan or Nicaragua – is that bad?
Cotton can’t be grown everywhere; what matters is how it’s produced, not the flag on the bale, so we select partners that follow strict labor and environmental standards.
Why are you more expensive than fast fashion?
Because everyone in the chain is paid more than “as little as possible”, and we use higher‑grade materials instead of chasing the lowest cost per piece.

What if I dislike the product – can I return it?
Absolutely; if it doesn’t feel like you, you have 30 days to send it back as long as it’s unworn, unwashed and with tags on, and we’ll refund or exchange it according to your preference. Contact us at support@trueself.fashion to start the process.
How long does shipping take within Europe?
Usually 5 to 6 business days for most products.
What if my order arrives damaged or with a production error?
Take clear photos and contact us ASAP at support@trueself.fashion; we’ll investigate and either replace the item or refund you, no endless arguing about whose fault it was.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
